How To Become A Member

Membership to WISE CELEBRITIES is according to any of the product categories.

All one has to do is:

1. Complete a membership form to any of the membership categories.
   
   Dowload Membership Form
   Complete Online Membership Form

2. Take a picture to be kept in the database as an identifier. In a situation where the completion is done outside,
   a passport picture is required.

3. Upon submission of the form, the amount for that membership category of choice must be attached.

4. A member must maintain that amount or range as the regular monthly contribution.
